Problem

Sovereign quantum computing platforms (PASQAL, Quandela, Alice&Bob, IQM) need real-time qubit control with sub-microsecond latency for quantum error correction. Commercial solutions (Zurich Instruments, Keysight) are proprietary and US/Swiss. Ironically, the quantum machine itself requires PQC protection for its classical communications and access.
